END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – TEYVAT LAB

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Breno Vicente de Cerqueira governing the use of Teyvat Lab (“Software” or “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   Teyvat Lab grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise authorized in writing.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   The User agrees NOT to:

* Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the software, UI, results, or data except as permitted.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
* Use any part of the Service to develop a competing product.
* Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All rights, ownership, and interests in the software, algorithms, models, processing logic, branding, visual assets, and related content remain the exclusive property of Breno Vicente de Cerqueira.
   No ownership rights are transferred to the User under this Agreement.

4. USER CONTENT
   Users retain ownership of uploaded images and feedback.
   However, by submitting content, the User grants Teyvat Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store such content solely to provide and improve the Service.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   The Software is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, including:

* No guarantee of uninterrupted service
* No guarantee of accuracy of results
* No guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teyvat Lab is not liable for:

* Lost profits or business opportunities
* Data loss
* Service interruptions
* Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. TERMINATION
   We may terminate this Agreement at any time if the User breaches its terms. Upon termination:

* The User must cease all use of the software
* Any rights granted under this Agreement revert immediately

8. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil, the State of São Paulo. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.

By using Teyvat Lab, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms of this EULA.
