TERMS OF USE – TEYVAT LAB

1. INTRODUCTION
   These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access and use of Teyvat Lab (“Service”), operated by Breno Vicente de Cerqueira (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you should discontinue the use of the Service immediately.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
   Teyvat Lab is an online platform that analyzes user-submitted images to provide in-game information and data. The Service may also collect user feedback and cookies used for analytics.

   You must be at least the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

   By submitting images or feedback, you represent that you own or have permission to submit such content. You retain full ownership of the content, but grant Teyvat Lab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use the content solely for providing the Service.

7. AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
   We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability or data loss arising from downtime or maintenance.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted service, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teyvat Lab and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. TERMINATION
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Brazil, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of São Paulo.
